1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 68pk platform, accessible at 68pk.onl and through the 68pk mobile application. "68pk", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to any registered user of the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on 68pk, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 68pk. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account.

68pk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version and last update date are always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read alongside the 68pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which together govern your use of the platform.

2Eligibility

To register and use 68pk, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not already have an existing 68pk account. One account per person is strictly enforced.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 68pk or any directly affiliated entity.

68pk may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If verification is requested and not provided within a reasonable timeframe, 68pk reserves the right to suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 68pk. If duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts may be suspended, and any balance or winnings accrued on duplicate accounts may be forfeited without appeal.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your password with any other person. 68pk will never ask for your password through any support channel — if someone claiming to represent 68pk requests your full password, do not provide it and report the contact to support immediately.

You must update your account information if it changes — particularly your payment method details and contact information. Outdated account information can cause delays in withdrawal processing.

68pk reserves the right to close or suspend any account where:

• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is suspected or confirmed
• Multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device or payment method
• Collusion, match manipulation or any form of cheating is suspected
• Chargebacks are initiated against deposits made to the account
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2

On account closure by 68pk for a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with improperly obtained winnings or bonus abuse may be withheld. Legitimate balances from fair play will be returned subject to verification.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 68pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (standard banking channels)
• Debit and credit cards where supported

Deposits are credited to your 68pk PKR balance as soon as payment is confirmed by the provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer and Raast timings depend on the processing speed of your bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where that method supports outgoing transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method — check the Withdrawal section of the platform for current limits. 68pk does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. 68pk reserves the right to request documentation at any stage. Processing timelines begin once verification is complete, not when the withdrawal request is submitted.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on 68pk are final once confirmed on the bet slip. Accidental bets or bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming, including the stake amount in PKR, the selections made and the potential return shown.

Sport-specific settlement rules apply to all markets on 68pk. Key principles across all sports include:

• Cricket matches that are abandoned or reduced by weather are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable, or voided if no result is possible under the applicable rules.
• PSL and T20 matches reduced to a minimum of five overs per side may still be settled as official results depending on the specific market rules.
• Football matches abandoned before 90 minutes of play are voided unless a specific market rule states otherwise.
• Live in-play bets accepted during any technical delay — including network interruptions — are valid if the selection was confirmed by the server before the interruption.
• Esports market settlements are based on the official tournament operator's result declaration.

68pk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds resulting from a palpable error, system fault or data feed error. If such voids are applied, the staked amount is returned in full to the account.

Maximum bet limits apply per market. These are shown on the bet slip. Attempts to circumvent maximum stake limits through multiple accounts are a violation of these Terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

68pk offers welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

General bonus terms that apply unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Expired bonuses are removed without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• Free spins winnings are typically converted to bonus funds with their own wagering requirement — check individual promotion pages for specifics.
• 68pk reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if misuse or abuse is detected.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a systematic way designed to guarantee withdrawal regardless of outcome, or exploiting pricing errors in markets while holding active bonus funds.

7Casino and Slot Games

The 68pk games library is provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Play'n GO and others. The rules, payout structures and RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each title are determined by the respective game provider. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made to your 68pk account
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you without authorisation
• Providing false identity documentation during verification
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or financial fraud

68pk actively monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Investigations may result in temporary account holds while the review is in progress. All decisions following investigation are final and communicated to the account holder directly.

9Privacy and Data

68pk collects personal data as part of account registration and ongoing platform use. This data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and platform improvement. It is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

The 68pk mobile application requests only the device permissions necessary for its functions — internet access, push notifications, biometric authentication and storage access for Android installation. 10Responsible Gaming

68pk is committed to providing a platform that is used responsibly by adults. Gaming and sports betting involve financial risk and are intended as entertainment within planned budgets — not as a method of generating income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 68pk players in account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period before betting is automatically paused

Planned maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. 68pk is not liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruption, including any bets that could not be placed due to platform unavailability.

68pk is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks)
• Network connectivity issues on the player's device or internet provider
• Technical issues with third-party game providers affecting specific slot or casino titles
• Player decisions made based on incorrect information not sourced from 68pk

68pk's total liability to any player in any given circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

12Changes to These Terms

68pk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — notice will be posted on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
